This policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds work when you book 58 Hester for coffee or event catering.

Deposits. A deposit is required to reserve your date and is applied to your final balance. Dates are not held until a deposit is received.
Cancellations. If you cancel more than 14 days before your event, your deposit may be applied to a future booking within 12 months, subject to availability. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may forfeit the deposit due to reserved staffing and prepared ingredients.
Rescheduling. We will do our best to accommodate one reschedule with reasonable notice, subject to availability.
Refunds. Final balances are due before the event. Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method. Weather, venue, or client-side changes on the day of the event do not qualify for refunds once our team has traveled to and set up at the location.
