Coffee and espresso bars start at $550 for a two-hour service. Specialty carts have their own starting prices — see our pricing page. Final pricing depends on guest count, hours, location, and customization.
One cart serves up to 80 drinks per hour and we've catered events from 15 to 1,000+ guests. Larger events use additional carts and staff.
A 5 by 5 ft space per cart, one dedicated power circuit per cart, wheelchair-accessible access, and a day-of point of contact. We bring everything else.
Yes — Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Riverside County, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and surrounding areas. Send your location to confirm.
Yes — custom menus, drink names, cup labels, and full branding for weddings, brands, and celebrations.
Yes — matcha, chai, hot chocolate, teas, and specialty carts like boba, popcorn, cotton candy, slushie, lemonade, shaved ice, gelato, and soft serve.
Yes. We recommend a shaded or covered setup in warm months and can bring a generator for a small fee when power isn't available nearby.
Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue.
For weekend weddings and peak season, 2 to 4 weeks ahead is ideal. Custom branded items need about a 3-week lead time. Reach out and we'll check your date.
