Services. 58 Hester provides mobile coffee and specialty event catering. Specific inclusions, timing, and pricing are set out in your written quote and confirmation.
Bookings. A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received. You are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue access, and required power and space.
Client responsibilities. The client must ensure a suitable, safe, wheelchair-accessible setup area with a dedicated power circuit per cart and a day-of point of contact.
Liability. 58 Hester is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by venue, weather, or client-side circumstances beyond our control.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
